This position is responsible for ensuring that all event activities are aligned with the companys marketing objectives. This position is responsible for event training, management and driving ROI against fiscal and brand awareness goals. Every event should deliver a background. Opportunities, strategies and interaction with Public Relations PR and social media are critical to the success of our events thus effective communication is an important success factor. Essential Position duties and Responsibilities Research and cultivate event opportunities Create and maintain Event Marketing Budget Facilitate RFQs promotional quotes and Negotiate Event pricing Train and Manage regional event team. Integrate this with demo objectives and team. Attend and Manage all aspects of event planning and execution Coordinate event conflicts with Marketing Team Planreport to Sales team on events and identified retail promo opportunities Order Product for Eventswork with operations to streamline production Create weekly event recap presentation Interactcontribute to PR and social media strategies and opportunities pertaining to events. Complete projects under aggressive deadlines even when there are competing requirement and assignments Contribute to various marketing and executive management analysis, as requested.
